Experience
More than 20 years experience working in community mental health and hospital settings settings as a counselor, and in community mental health settings as a manager and executive. Five years as on-call staff for an overnight crisis Intervention center responding to personal psychiatric and family relationship crises. Ten years experience as a psychotherapist specializing in individual, marital and workplace relationship issues. Eight years experience in organizational critical incidence responses, including responses to Ground Zero after 9/11, numerous robberies of commercial establishments, and to untimely co-worker deaths due to illness or violence. Critical Incident Responses in over 40 different businesses during the past eight years.
